Conditions we treat

We offer diagnostic and treatment options for common and complex conditions regarding food allergies. We are highly experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of immunoglobulin E-mediated (IgE-mediated) food allergies and acute reactions to milk, eggs, peanuts, wheat, soy, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and other foods. As such, we also cover IgE-associated diseases such as eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), gastroenteritis, atopic dermatitis and other food antigen-associated diseases such as food protein-induced enterocolitis.

Dr. Leung is trained in both Gastroenterology and Allergy through formal specialized fellowship training. He is board certified for Gastroenterology and Allergy/Immunology. Given the diagnosis of these complex disorders, we believe clinical history is the most important component of the evaluation.

Diagnostic/Instructions

We offer some of the most comprehensive state-of-the-art diagnostic studies for food allergies at our center. This includes skin prick testing, supervised oral food challenge, component-resolved diagnostics, oral immunotherapy (OIT), and endoscopies etc. We have in-house laboratory service provided by Quest Diagnostics and we have a nutritionist on-site to address any nutritional concerns.
